Dear International Candidates!

We kindly ask you to review the admission procedures carefully before you start your application process.
According to Polish law, a foreigner is a person of a citizenship other than Polish. A holder of a few citizenships, including Polish, is treated on the territory of Poland as a Polish citizen. Any person who does not have Polish citizenship shall be regarded as a foreigner. 

Being a foreigner you can apply for the studies at the Kielce University of Technology either in accordance with the rules binding the Polish citizens or the rules binding non-Polish nationals. Check the following provisions before choosing the appropriate application procedure.  

FOREIGNERS ELIGIBLE TO STUDY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES APPLICABLE TO POLISH NATIONALS

The following persons are eligible to pursue education in compliance with the rules applicable to Polish nationals:

  • holders of a valid Polish Charter Card (Karta Polaka), 
  • citizens of a Member State of the European Union or a member state of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area - and members of their families, having the right of permanent residence., 
  • citizens other than Polish who have been granted a permanent residence permit, 
  • citizens other than Polish who hold refugee status granted by the Republic of Poland, 
  • citizens other than Polish who have been granted temporary protection in the territory of the Republic of Poland, 
  • migrant workers who are citizens of a Member State of the European Union or a Member State of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area – and the members of their families if residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, 
  • citizens other than Polish who have been granted a European Union long-term residence permit on the territory of the Republic of Poland, 
  • citizens other than Polish who have been granted a temporary residence permit on the territory of the Republic of Poland, 

citizens other than Polish who have been granted subsidiary protection in the territory of the Republic of Poland,

If you meet any of the above mentioned provisions you can follow the same admission procedures as Polish citizens

FOREIGNERS ELIGIBLE TO STUDY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES APPLICABLE TO NON-POLISH NATIONALS

Persons not aforementioned are eligible to pursue education in compliance with the rules laid down for non-Polish citizens. Those are mainly third countries citizens.
They may pursue education and training and as well as participate in research and development work on the basis of:

  • international agreements, in accordance with the provisions of those agreements;
  • agreements between foreign entities and the Kielce University of Technology, in compliance with the rules defined therein,;
  • a decision by the minister in charge of higher education or a relevant minister specified in Article 33 Section 2;

a decision by the University’s Rector.

They may pursue education and training as well as participate in research and development work :

  • as holders of scholarships awarded by a Polish partner, paying no tuition fees,
  • on a tuition fee-paying basis,
  • free of tuition fees and with no scholarship entitlement,
  • as holders of scholarships awarded by the sending partner, and free of tuition fees,
  • as holders of scholarships awarded by the Kielce University of Technology.

Choose the programme you wish to study (you will see the list of available programmes for studies, as well as information on their fees, deadlines, etc.)

Apply for the programme with the Apply now button on the programme’s site.

Complete the online form with required information.

Upload the required documents

Pay the application fee – you will receive the Application Fee Notice with the appropriate bank account number.

Wait for the admission decision.
